XSI Factory offers a world of activity to you and your family. We have basketball and volleyball leagues, the Denda Academy of Tae Kwon Do and the HangTime Sports Trampoline Park, our newest addition. We also have Boxing and GroupX Fitness Classes. At GroupX, our dedicated fitness instructors will work with you to get you into the shape of your life with programs ranging from Zumba® and Turbo Kick® to Total Conditioning®. Always fun and never boring, we’ve got classes for every fitness level. Our certified instructors are ready to lead you to the next level of fitness. Join us for fun, intense workouts and support. You’ll have the time of your life as you dance, kick and sculpt your way to optimum health. We offer classes six days a week, Monday through Saturday, from early morning through the evening.

What is Turbo Kick®?

Recharge your fitness routine with Turbo Kick®, an incredible combination of kickboxing, shadow boxing, yoga and dance moves. Pulsating music choreographed with turbocharged routines gets the awesome results you crave. Challenge yourself with the intense sequencing of interval strength and endurance training, followed by a relaxing cool down.

 

What is Total Conditioning®?

Total Conditioning keeps your heart rate up with interval cardio training while you sculpt and tone every inch of your body with full-body resistance training. Increase your flexibility, sweat away your stress and keep your motivation high by using a wide range of fitness equipment. Boredom is not an option in this fast-paced, interval-based class. Each class member can participate at their own fitness level, making it a great experience for everyone.
